One of the greatest opportunities for oil and gas projects is in the hiring of nationals either directly by the project, indirectly by contractors and subcontractors or in an induced manner, that is, through activities that arise in connection with the projects. Through the hiring of local workforce, it is possible to transfer knowledge and subsequent succession of foreign citizens by nationals, ensuring that in the future, Mozambicans may occupy more qualified positions in the projects, as well as export national workforce to other projects abroad.
